Throughout my life, I've faced various health challenges, including two near-death experiences and several surgeries. I realized these issues were largely due to my diet and the products I was using in my home. This realization prompted me to go back to school and become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Practitioner, as I was determined to find solutions to my recurring health problems.
I discovered that it wasn't just my food choices affecting my health; it was also the everyday products I used, like household cleaners and my personal care items. I wasn’t aware that they contained toxic ingredients that impacted my health and contributed imbalances and disharmony within my body and I am now more aware and informed of what ingredients to avoid in products and have found healthier products that only contain natural clean ingredients that support my immune system and nourish my body.
